Shocking thing Johnstone Muthama said about LGBTQ that badly annoyed president Ruto!

Former UDA part chairperson and now Parliamentary Service Commission member Johnstone Muthama has taken a swipe at United states and other developed countries that are pushing LGBTQ agenda to be accepted in other countries.

Via a statement on twitter on 13th June, Muthama pointed out that  it’s hypocritical for the US to claim it champions democracy yet it is pressuring other countries to accept the LGBTQ agendas

“The US has projected itself as a defender of democracy. It should therefore practise what it says by respecting democratic decisions made by other countries.

“It would be hypocritical for the USA to claim to be championing for democracy on the one hand while on the other, it’s trying to stifle it in other nations,” Muthama twitted.

The former outspoken lawmaker went on further to reveal that the Kenyan constitution, culture, and traditions does not allow the practice of same-sex relationships.

His remarks come barely a week after US president Joe Biden condemned Uganda’s president Yoweri Museveni for for assenting into law the anti-gay bill saying it is against Human Rights. More
