Miguna Miguna calls out president Ruto for failing in five decisions!

Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has shifted his allegiance away from President William Ruto due to what he perceives as a string of detrimental decisions impacting Kenyans.

In a recent statement, Miguna unveiled a litany of scandals plaguing Ruto’s administration, eroding his confidence and preventing him from offering unwavering support.

Miguna singled out several issues, including the persistent doctors’ strike, allegations of fake fertiliser scandals, controversies surrounding the Haiti deployment, and the administration’s stance on Iran’s attack on Israel, as particularly troublesome areas.

“I voted for President William Ruto and supported his UDA Party against Azimio in the 2022 general and presidential elections.

“However, on the doctors’ strike, the fake fertiliser scandal, the Haitian imbroglio, retrogressive support for Israel, the tribal composition of the KK regime, and other scandals, I, General Miguna Miguna unequivocally say no,” Miguna Miguna pointed out.

Miguna Miguna further drew parallels between President William Ruto’s regime and that of former President Uhuru Kenyatta, with whom Miguna had previously clashed on numerous occasions.

“Democracy, accountability, transparency in public affairs, equity, and constitutionalism are not negotiable.

“Once any regime crosses the RED LINE, patriots and revolutionaries have a duty to PROTECT the public interests, ” the fearless Miguna added.

The outspoken lawyer’s remarks followed closely after the Head of State condemned Iran’s missile launch on Israel, a move interpreted by some as a display of support for Israel.

This stance likely intensified Miguna’s disillusionment with President Ruto’s administration, adding to his list of grievances and contributing to his decision to distance himself from the regime.

“Kenya is deeply concerned by Iran’s attack on the State of Israel. This disturbing development only serves to aggravate an already delicate situation in the Middle East.

“The attack represents a real and present threat to international peace and security, contravenes the Charter of the United Nations and should be condemned by all peace-loving countries,” President Ruto stated. More
