Raila Odinga fire reply to south Africa’s opposition leader Malema over demos remarks!

The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party led by Raila Odinga has responded to a comment by South Africa’s Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party leader Julius Malema.

The opposition leader from South Africa, during EFF 10th Anniversary urged the Azimio leader to stop demos in Kenya and give president William Ruto peace to run the country, adding that Ruto was democratically elected.

In a fire response by ODM party issued a statement signed by ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, which claimed that Kenya was not a democratic nation but under a dictatorship.

Nairobi senator pointed out that Malema was blinded by propaganda from Ruto’s Kenya Kwanza regime, and could not see the high rise of taxes and high cost of living.

“It is clear that comrade Malema, watching Kenya from a distance, is not familiar with the delicate sociopolitical fault lines in our nation and makes the faulty assumption that his approach in fighting injustices in South Africa can be replicated here,” read part of the statement.

He further too a chance to invite Malema in Kenya, Nairobi and take him on a personal tour, stating that then he would understand that the opposition fights for the same things he does in South Africa.

“I have no doubt that if Malema was Kenyan, his red army would have joined us in their numbers on the streets, similar to what they recently did in South Africa,” He added. More
