Sabina Chege breaks silence after the high court blocked Kanini Kega from taking over the jubilee party!

The high court on Thursday 13th July, blocked EALA member of parliament from taking over the jubilee party.

The high court issued conservatory orders stopping the Kanini Kega faction from taking over Jubilee Party.

In the ruling made by Judge Ongeri, the court stopped the expulsion of Jeremiah Kioni as Secretary General, David Murathe as Vice Chair and Kagwe Gichohi as the Treasurer of the party.

“The application dated 12/7/2023 is certified urgent. The same is to be served upon the respondents for an interparty hearing on 26/7/2023 before Hon. Justice Visram.

“In the meantime, conservatory orders are granted in terms of prayers 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the application dated 12/7/2023,” the ruling read in part.

The acting Jubilee party leader Sabina Chege, has however, in what seemingly responding to the new, she pointed out that, as a party they are confidence and they know the victory is theirs
