Uhuru Kenyatta to be arrested as jubilee wrangles escalates!

Former president Uhuru Kenyatta is set to appear in court after being sued by former nominated member of parliament.

According to the reports, the former head of state was sued over his involvement in jubilee Jubilee Party affairs.

Further reports indicates that Mr. Osman is also seeking to block the Jubilee party National Delegates Convention scheduled May 22.

In court papers, the former president is accused of plotting to overhaul the constitution.

“I wish to state that the respondents have tried to purport to remove or change the party constitution, membership and leadership when the same is unlawful, illegal and unprocedural,” Osman stated.

Osman further argued that the change is to allow for the participation of unauthorized personnel in the jubilee NDC.

He further pointed out that there was ni NEC meeting held that approved the calling of an NDC, and so he has urged the Political Parties Disputes Resolution Tribunal to declare the meeting as illegal. More
