SAD: Kiambaa MP Paul Koinange is dead. What killed him!

Just days after Kenya buried several legislators who died under unclear circumstances, the country is mourning again after learning that, Kiambaa member of Parliament, the late Hon. Paul Koinange is no more.

Koinange, who was a very humble and down to earth leader lived a very private life away from media and gossipers. The legislator was also a cousin to president Uhuru Kenyatta.

The MP who served as the chairperson, Departmental committee on Administration and National security went the way of all ghosts while receiving treatment at Nairobi Hospital on Wednesday morning, 31st of March 2021.

News from trusted sources indicated that, the member of parliament succumbed to Covid-19 related complications.

President Uhuru Kenyatta sent a message of condolence to the family and residents of Kiambaa Constituency following the death of their leader.

In his message of comfort, the President said Kenya has lost one of its dependable leaders whose undivided focus was the unity, stability and progress of the country.

“The cruel hand of death has robbed us of a steadfast leader. A leader and gentleman whose undivided focus was the peace, stability and progress of our country,” read his condolence message in parts. May his soul rest in perfect peace. More
