Interior CAS Omanga badly slams Raila Odinga after a bus was torched during Tuesday mass action

Interior Chief Administrative Secretary Millicent Omanga has taken a swipe at opposition leader Raila Odinga after a bus was set of fire along Ngong on Tuesday during mass action.
