For Years now, Odinga has been enjoying massive support from Western Kenya Courtesy of ODM party deputy party leader and former Kakamega governor Wickliffe Oparanya.

Apparently, the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya leader Will now have to look for another bedroom as entire Western Kenya disassociate self from the opposition.

Speaking for the first time since the August 9th election, Oparanya said he will henceforth deploy his energies to unite the Luyha community.

“I am offering myself from now to lead the unity drive of our people. I am done with Raila and even if he bad-mouthes me, God forbid, he knows, he will not be forgiven,” said Oparanya.

According to Oparanya, the Luhya Community has been supporting Raila Odinga for five consecutive elections but all in vain.

Adding it was time for them to chart a different political destiny to be able to be in government after 2027.

Oparanya was the only remaining Luhya kingpin in support of Azimio and he did a lot of work in hunting for votes for Raila Odinga in the August 9th election. More
