Despite all the noises Kenyans made few months ago after the government increased fuel prices to 150 per liter of petrol, it seems that it was all in vain.
In a statement to members of the press, EPRA confirmed that the price of fuel has increased by Ksh9 for both petrol and diesel.
Petrol will retail at Ksh159.12 per litre, up from Ksh150.12, diesel will retail at Ksh140 up from Ksh131 while kerosene will retail at Ksh127 up from Ksh118.94 per litre.
These new prices are meant to take effect from midnight June 15 to July 14 when the next review will be announced by EPRA. More
