DP Ruto message to Raila after nominating Karua as his running mate angers Uhuru!

DP William Ruto has finally spoken about former prime minister Raila Odinga’s nomination of Martha Karua as his running mate.

Speaking in Kajiado County during a Kenya Kwanza Rally on Monday evening, 16th of May 2022, the second in command dismissed Karua’s appointment as Raila’s running mate.

Ruto said that he was not happy with Raila Odinga assigning constitution reform duties to Karua if Azimio wins the next election.

According to the son of Sugoi, Kenya is currently under economic downfall and changing then 2010 constitution is not a top priority for Kenyans.

“Our competitor has unveiled his deputy nominee and gave her work to change the constitution in case they win. Kenyans want economic revival, not constitutional change, ” Ruto complained.

Ruto, comparing Martha Karua with Rigathi Gachagua said that his deputy Gachagua will be tasked with developing a new economic blueprint aimed at reviving the country’s economy.

“Yesterday [Sunday] I unveiled Gachagua as my deputy nominee and gave him the duty of coming up with an economic plan for each and every county, ” Ruto told Kajiado hustlers. More
