DP Ruto to be removed from office if he doesn’t do this within 5 days!

DP William Ruto is not happy after learning of the plans to kick him out of the office if he doesn’t act as soon as possible.

Mau Mau veterans filed a case against Ruto, wanting him to be removed from office for allegedly absconding his duties and also joining another political party (UDA) against his party’s (Jubilee) will.

Justice Hedwig Ong’udi has already fixed the case for hearing on May 19th 2022 after petitioners informed him that the DP acknowledged receipt of the suit papers.

The high court has now given the second in command five days to file a response on the matter failure to which it will proceed to full hearing. More
