Murathe vows to do unthinkable if Raila loses in August 9th polls!

Jubilee Party vice chairman David Murathe said Azimio la Umoja will stand with ODM party leader Raila Odinga even if he loses in the forthcoming general elections.

He further stated that in the unlikely event that the Azimio la Umoja presidential aspiring loses the polls, they will form a strong opposition and be part of government through parliament.

“You can lose or win an election. If we lose, we’ll form a strong opposition (with Raila Odinga) and work from the parliament,” he said.

In addition, Murathe defended president Uhuru Kenyatta’s decision to support the former prime minister, citing incidents in the United States of America and other part of the world.

Murathe spoke at KICC on Saturday 12th where Azimio la Umoja movement was holding it’s National Delegates Conference (NDC) where Raila was endorsed as the flag bearer for Azimio movement. More
