Murkomen hits back at Raphael Tuju after threatening the high court judges!

Elgeyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen has hit back to the Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju for threatening the high court judges about their security.

Kipchumba reminded Tuju that, it’s by the wrath of court order that he is still in office following his cases of bankruptcy

“The way Raphael Tuju is Threatening Judges would make you think he is not the same person fighting for his dear life after he was declared bankrupt. Without a court order, he couldn’t be holding any Office.” Sen Kipchumba Murkomen stated.

Murkomen said this after Raphael Tuju attacked the five bench judges after they nullified the entire BBI process, terming it unconstitutional.

Tuju said the judges are fighting the same government that is providing them security daily, sentiments that have sprouted a lot of anxiety especially between judges, with LSK president Nelson Havi threatening to take action against him. More
