Three members of Parliament allied to DP William Ruto’s Tanga tanga faction have found themselves on a very deep pot of boiling soup on matters BBI bribe.
The three legislators, Kiharu member of parliament Ndindi Nyoro, Gatundu MP Moses Kuria and Nyali member of parliament Mohamed Ali alias Moha Jicho pevu have been summoned by National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi to appear before the House on Thursday May 13.
The speaker accuses the trio of false claims that the MPs and senators were bribed to endorse the BBI.
This was after Moses Kuria accused his colleagues of pocketing Sh100,000 to support the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2020.
“Members of this House are all honorable members. They have been elected by Kenyans and have a chance to say Yes or No.
” It was very wrong that the member was saying the 235 members who voted Yes could only do that after being given Sh100,000,” Muturi reacted.
Members of parliament implored the speaker to deal with the trio without mercy or favor, referring to them as sellouts. More
